MOBILE DRUG SCREEN TECHNICIAN
Triple I is building a statewide network of reliable, professional mobile drug-screen specimen collectors to perform urine, oral-fluid, hair, and other authorized drug screen specimen collections for individuals referred by the Georgia Division of Family & Children Services and other clients. Contractors travel in their own vehicles to homes, offices, community locations, and other approved collection sites; complete each collection in accordance with chain-of-custody and laboratory requirements; and receive mileage reimbursement for authorized travel.

SCHEDULE
Flexible, assignment-based scheduling. Contractors may accept assignments based on their availability, preferred service areas, and ability to meet the requested collection timeframe.
What You’ll Do

Travel in your own vehicle to homes, offices, community locations, and other approved sites to perform mobile drug-screen specimen collections.

Collect authorized specimen types, which may include directly observed urine, oral fluid, hair, sweat patch, fingernail, and other approved specimens within your training and qualifications.

Verify client and service information, label and secure specimens, complete chain-of-custody documentation, and prepare specimens for shipment or laboratory processing.

Follow established procedures for scheduled, unannounced, after-hours, court-related, DFCS, and other forensic collection assignments.

Communicate with Triple I dispatch and operations personnel, upload required documentation electronically, and report completed collections, refusals, missed appointments, and unsuccessful attempts promptly and accurately.

Represent Triple I professionally while interacting with clients, case managers, laboratory personnel, court representatives, and other authorized parties.
Who You are

You are at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have completed—or are willing to complete before accepting assignments—the required drug-screen collection training and certification.

You have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the Georgia counties or service areas you choose to cover.

You have a reliable smartphone and are comfortable receiving assignments, communicating with dispatch, obtaining required information, and submitting documentation electronically.

You are dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to follow collection, confidentiality, chain-of-custody, and documentation procedures without deviation.

You maintain a professional demeanor and can successfully complete Triple I’s credentialing requirements, background review, and drug-screen requirements.

Prior experience is helpful but not required.
